Tom Stephenson

Tom Stephenson is an award winning professional actor and longtime Gregg Ward Group member who specializes in the use of experiential learning and theatrical performance on complex workplace issues. A Resident Artist at the Cygnet Theater Company, Tom has worked on stage for three decades in San Diego, New York, and Chicago starring in some of the world’s most important classics including plays by Miller, Shakespeare, and Williams. A graduate of the Interlochen Center for the Arts and London’s Central School of Speech and Drama, Tom also trained in Zenger Miller management concepts and techniques. Tom uses his skills in the Trial Skills Academy for Cal Western School of Law in San Diego and the Standardized Patient programs for The University of California – San Diego and the University of San Diego. Outside of professional theater, he has also worked in corporate operations, and is an accomplished designer and skilled craftsman.
