Maurice Wilson

Maurice Wilson specializes as an organizational business development and outreach consultant, and skills development trainer in the non-profit and government sectors. Upon retiring from the US Navy as a Master Chief Petty Officer, Maurice joined the Urban League of Greater San Diego, and working with Gregg Ward, established the largest Diversity & Inclusion conference in Southern California. He eventually rose to the positions of Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of the League. In 2009, inspired to help his fellow veterans in transition to civilian life, he co-founded The National Veterans Transition Services, Inc. with retired Rear Admiral Ronne Froman. He created REBOOT, a three-week behavior-based transition training program designed to help returning service members/veterans successfully reintegrate back into civilian life. Since its inception REBOOT has achieved a significantly high success rate resulting in Maurice being recognized by the White House as a “Champion of Change.” Maurice holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Telecommunication Systems Management from National University.
