John Kohut

John Kohut is a serial entrepreneur and start-up CEO, and a technology leadership consultant focused on supporting and guiding the creation of novel energy storage solutions to enable vastly greater renewable energy adoption. He and his companies have developed hybrid energy generation solutions for off-grid applications and space robotic capabilities for lunar and deep space exploration. Having flown F-14 fighters and graduated from Naval Test Pilot School, John has always confronted challenges with unconventional thinking, unrelenting drive, and lightning fast action. John led an industry skunk works that showed NASA how it could return to the Moon and explore Mars without needing bigger budgets. Always recognizing that innovations are made by people, ideas and equipment, in that order, he is focused on fostering team accomplishment, enhancing leadership skills, and removing creativity roadblocks.
