Kevin Rafferty

Kevin Rafferty has over 38 years of top management expertise with Fortune 500 corporations, family-owned and entrepreneurial businesses, as well as various non-profit organizations. Kevin revitalizes organizations from the top down with a fresh conscious leadership approach. Kevin has spent many years providing coaching to executives around the country, and also facilitates leadership training and development workshops for executives and entrepreneurs. He served as Group Chair for Vistage International, the world’s leading chief executive organization. Kevin recently opened the Conscious Capitalism Chapter in Orange County, CA. Aligned with the international movement, he is creating a community of local leaders who are ushering in the next paradigm for business, focusing on making our organizations more human-centric. Kevin holds an Executive MBA from the Claremont Graduate School and a BA Degree in Social Sciences from Cleveland State University. He authored the book Wake Up, Get Real, Be Happy—Becoming Your Authentic Self.
