Phil Dixon

Phil Dixon is a leadership consultant and the Vice President of Leadership at Brain Resource. Incorporating the latest knowledge, Phil applies insights from the field of integrative neuroscience on the areas of leadership development, and organizational & cultural change. During a 40 year career ranging from IT, Learning & Development and Neuroscience, with companies like Apple and Colliers International, Phil has worked in both the private and public sectors, has established two management consulting firms and has lived, worked and/or taught in 16 different countries. Phil holds an MSc in Consulting and Coaching to Change from Oxford Business School and HEC Paris, and a BSc in Computer Science from Warwick University. He is a frequent and international speaker on the topic of brain-based leadership and is in the process of writing the book Using Your Brain for a Change.
